Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally included in this new image release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
